Martin Warner is a celebrated entrepreneur, investor, author, inventor and film producer, with more than 26 years’ experience building businesses across technology, media, entertainment and emerging industries. He is widely recognised as a thought leader on entrepreneurship and has taught the subject for two decades through Entrepreneur Seminar, which he founded.
In 2013, Martin co-founded botObjects, pioneering a new generation of consumer 3D printing. Just 17 months later, the company was acquired by 3D Systems for $50 million, creating a remarkable technology company exit in record time.
Martin is the author of The Startup Story – An Entrepreneur’s Journey from Idea to Exit, which became an instant USA Today bestseller. The book draws on his own experiences building companies and the lessons of entrepreneurs behind some of the world’s most successful technology businesses.
His ventures have spanned a wide range of industries. He founded Flix Premiere, an independent film streaming platform, and was an early pioneer in electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft through Autonomous Flight. He also invested in Parcel Fly, developing technology for the future of autonomous air logistics.
Today, alongside mentoring entrepreneurs, Martin is focused on artificial intelligence as founder and CEO of WarpSpeed, an AI-powered productivity platform, and WarpSpeedOpen, its partner developer community advancing AI development.
Martin has a longstanding connection to the film industry and the Festival de Cannes, where he has served as a supporter and advisor and delivered a keynote interview on the future of online cinema at the 69th Festival de Cannes as part of the Marché du Film’s NEXT Program, hosted by Variety.
